What You Tell Us Through the Forms
The audit request form on our webpages asks for your name, phone number, email address, your website, and a message about what is going on. Name, phone and email are required so we can reach you back. The website and the message are optional.
If you ask for a free audit through a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta passes us what you enter there: your name, phone number, email address, business name, website, town, the kind of work you do, and whether you own or manage the business. We use it the same way as a request sent from this website.
If you call or email instead, what you tell us there is kept and used the same way.
What Gets Collected Automatically
Some details about a visit get recorded without you typing anything in:
- Pages viewed. Which pages you open, and in what order.
- Where you came from. The referring site, such as a search engine or a social network, when your browser reports it.
- Campaign tags and ad click IDs. UTM tags on the link you followed, and the click IDs ad platforms add to it: gclid from Google Ads, fbclid from Facebook and Instagram, and msclkid from Microsoft Advertising.
- Device and browser data. Browser and device type, screen size, a general location worked out from your IP address, and similar details, collected through Google Analytics.
- Meta Pixel. Meta's pixel tells Meta which webpages you view here and whether you sent the form, and Meta may connect that to a Facebook or Instagram account.
The first page you land on saves its campaign tags, click IDs, referrer and address in your browser's session storage. If you send the form later in the same visit, your request carries them, which is how we know what brought you here. Session storage clears when you close the tab.
How We Use It
- To answer your request and get back to you by phone, email or text.
- To run the free audit you asked for, which means looking at your website, your Google Business Profile and where you rank.
- To deliver the services you hire us for.
- To measure which of our marketing works: which pages, searches, ads and posts bring in requests.
- To show our Facebook and Instagram ads to people who have visited this website.
Who Processes It for Us
These companies handle parts of it on our behalf, each under its own terms and privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 measures visits: pages viewed, referrers, device and browser data, and whether a form was sent.
- GoHighLevel is our CRM. It keeps our customer records, including the requests you send, and its tracking script on this site records the pages a visitor reads, which attach to your record once you send the form.
- Cloudflare runs the form handling: the service that receives your request and passes it along.
- Resend delivers a copy of each request to our inbox by email.
- Google Ads measures which ad clicks lead to a request, when we are running ads.
- Meta runs our Facebook and Instagram ads and their request forms. Its pixel on this site tells it which webpages a visitor views and whether the form was sent, which it uses to measure our ads and to show them to people who visited.
- GitHub Pages hosts the site's files and, like any web host, receives the IP address of each request it serves.
Cookies and How to Opt Out
Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the GoHighLevel tracking script use cookies or similar browser storage to tell one visit from the next and to connect an ad click to a later request. Google explains how it uses information from sites like this one at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Meta explains its use at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
To stop Google Analytics from recording your visits on any site, install Google's opt-out browser add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To limit what Meta does with visits to sites like this one, use the "Your activity off Meta technologies" setting in your Facebook or Instagram account. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site and its form keep working without them.
Text Messages
Sending the form with a mobile number is your consent for us to text you about your request. How often we text depends on the request, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Selling, Keeping and Protecting It
We don't sell your personal information.
We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you, do the work, and keep ordinary business records, and then delete what we no longer need. We protect it with reasonable safeguards, such as password-protected accounts and encrypted connections, though no system connected to the internet is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Seeing or Deleting Your Information
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email eric@georgiaseocompany.com or call (762) 999-7265. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's you before acting on the request.
Changes to This Policy
When this policy changes, the new version replaces this one here with its own effective date. This version took effect on October 8, 2026.
